Christina has been a resident of the North Shore for over 25 years and takes true pride in this vibrant community and all it has to offer. From walking on the seawall in West Vancouver and biking in Stanley Park to a night of fine dining and entertainment in the heart of the city, Vancouver really is one of the most diverse and electrifying cities in North America!

With a family background in real estate and construction, Christina has always been drawn to the field. Having family in different areas of the Lower Mainland has helped her appreciate the different regions and truly unique characteristics that each possess. This has helped Christina with clients greatly in determining where they would be most happy living and enjoy the quality of life they are looking for.

Growing up in North Vancouver Christina was avid in the arts field, in particular dancing and musical theatre taking part in numerous recitals and competitions. When not attending school or dance classes Christina participated in community work, volunteering to canvas for cancer and student teaching.

Upon graduating from high school Christina went on to attend Simon Fraser University in the arts for two years. Looking for a different method of teaching and more interactive/applied learning, she attended BCIT in the Marketing Management and Commercial Real Estate program. It is here where Christina realized it was in fact possible to make a career out of something she has a passion and drive for…real estate!

BCIT gave her the knowledge and confidence needed to work in the industry. Key facets of Christina’s education include; real estate market research and theory, economic factors, community profiles, mortgage financing, negotiation, integrated marketing communications, feasibility studies, and analyzing case studies.

After obtaining her diploma at BCIT, the opportunity was put before Christina to live in Istanbul, Turkey. The architecture, culture and history of Europe proved to be too great a pull for her to pass up. After four months of exploring the city with its famous mosques, historic castles, and ancient cobblestone streets, Christina left with an even greater appreciation for architecture and real estate.

Christina’s real estate related experience started in 2003 when she started working for Unique Real Estate Accommodations, a property management company out of North Vancouver specializing on the North Shore and downtown Vancouver. She then went on to work for Wallmark Homes in pre-sales and as a marketing coordinator in Surrey. After this, Christina then moved to Montreal for a year where she worked in marketing and leasing of a condominium project and obtained her diploma to be a licensed real estate representative in British Columbia. Upon returning to Vancouver, Christina started working for Prudential Sussex Realty in North Vancouver where she continues to work today.

It is her passion for working with others and building personal relationships along the way that has solidified her choice of a life long career. With an entrepreneurial spirit and knowledge of the industry, Christina looks forward to bringing a fresh outlook to those looking to buy or sell real estate.
